Once you sign up to book your child's spot in the class you will be emailed a registration form to fill out so we can learn more about your child.  Please note this is not direct occupational therapy services, however, we will establish group goals and can target specific skills for your child based on parent feedback.

If you are registering multiple children they must each be registered separately.
